Founded by Alex Rivera and his partner Favian Rivera, our company was established in Memphis, Tennessee, with the goal of redefining flooring through advanced epoxy applications. With more than four years of dedicated experience, we proudly serve residential, commercial, and industrial clients with specialized epoxy flooring solutions tailored to meet both functional demands and aesthetic goals.

GRIND & SEAL CONCRETE FLOOR

Purpose: Enhances and protects existing concrete with a clear sealer.
Steps:

1-Surface Preparation
Remove existing coatings, adhesives, or contaminants.
Mechanically grind the surface using a diamond grinder.
Repair cracks or imperfections as needed.

2-Cleaning
Vacuum and thoroughly clean the surface of all dust and debris.

3-Sealer Application
Apply the first coat of clear sealer
Allow curing/drying time as per product specs.
Apply a second coat for durability and sheen, if needed.

4-Final Inspection
Check for uniformity and coverage.
Clean up and provide care instructions.

STAIN FLOORING

Purpose: Adds color and character while maintaining concrete’s natural texture.
Steps:

1-Surface Preparation
Clean and grind the surface to remove contaminants and open pores.
Patch any cracks or holes.

2-Stain Application
Apply concrete stain evenly.
Allow time for absorption.

3-Sealing
Apply a protective sealer to enhance color and protect the surface.

4-Final Inspection
Confirm even coloration and sealer finish.

DECORTIVE CONCRETE OVERLAY

Purpose: Resurfaces old concrete with a customizable decorative finish.
Steps:

1-Surface Prep
Clean and grind the existing concrete.
Repair any damage or unevenness.

2-Primer Application
Apply the base coat of thin-finish

3-Texturing/Stamping
Add patterns or texture as desired (stone, tile, wood look, etc.) with tape over the base coat .

4-Overlay Application
Apply concrete overlay using a trowel or sprayer.

5-Coloring (if applicable)
Apply stains or pigments for a custom finish.

6-Sealing

FLAKE FLOORING SYSTEM

Purpose: Durable, slip-resistant floor with a decorative flake texture.
Steps:

1-Surface Prep
Diamond grind the surface.
Repair cracks and joints.

2-Primer/Base Coat
Apply a tinted epoxy base coat.

3-Broadcast Flakes
While epoxy is wet, broadcast vinyl flakes evenly.
Allow to cure.

4-Scrape & Clean
Scrape excess flakes and vacuum surface to remove loose particles.

5-Topcoat
Apply a UV-stable polyaspartic or polyurethane clear topcoat.

6-Cure & Final Check
Let cure as directed before foot or vehicle traffic.

EPOXY RESIN FLOOR

Purpose: High-gloss, 3D marbled finish ideal for showrooms, garages, and interiors.
Steps:

1-Surface Prep
Grind concrete surface and clean thoroughly.
Repair imperfections for a smooth finish.

2-Primer Coat
Apply a tinted epoxy.

3-Metallic Epoxy Application
Mix metallic pigments into epoxy.
Pour and manipulate for desired effect (swirls, waves, etc.).

4-Optional Effects
Use solvents or tools to create additional depth or patterns.

5-Topcoat Application
Apply a clear topcoat for protection and gloss.

6-Cure & Final Touch
Let it cure and inspect the final appearance.

EPOXY RESIN COUNTERTOPS

Purpose: A durable, high-gloss, and seamless surface ideal for kitchen or bathroom counters with a custom decorative look.

Steps:

1-Surface Preparation
Lightly sand or grind the existing countertop (laminate, wood, granite ,and more).
Clean thoroughly to remove dust, grease, or debris.
Tape off surrounding areas and apply plastic sheeting to protect cabinetry and floors.

2-Primer/Base Coat
Apply a bonding primer or tinted epoxy base coat to ensure proper adhesion.
Let dry or cure according to product specs.

3-Mix Epoxy & Add Pigments
Mix two-part epoxy resin and hardener.
Add metallic powders, dyes, or tints to create desired color and effect.

4-Pour and Design
Pour epoxy over the countertop and spread evenly.
Use a heat gun, brush, or roller to create veining, swirls, or marbled effects.

5-Edge & Drip Control
Allow epoxy to flow over edges naturally or smooth manually.
Catch drips and smooth them as needed during the working time.

6-Curing
Allow the surface to cure undisturbed
Ensure a dust-free environment to prevent imperfections.

7-Optional: Clear Topcoat
For extra durability or UV resistance, apply a clear topcoat.

8-Final Inspection & Cleanup
Remove protective coverings.
Check for smoothness and finish quality.
